Brite Blinds offers the full service from advise through to fitting. Heres a step by step guide of our service.
Step 1 - Arrange an appointment
Contact us to arrange an appointment either by telephone of email, visit our contact page to see how.
Step 2 - Home Visit
One of our advisors will visit you at home with our range of fabrics and colours, and will advise on the best options for your windows and your requirements.
Step 3 - Free Measuring service and quotation
While you look at our colour ranges your advisor will measure your windows, (this means that no second visit is required), and we will provide you with a full no obligation quotation there and then. We have no hidden charges so the price that we quote will be the price you pay to supply and fit your blinds.
Step 4 - Manufacture of your blinds
Once you place your order with us we will begin manufacture of your blinds. This usually takes from one to two weeks.*
Step 5 - Free Fitting Service
When your blinds are ready we will call to arrange an appropriate time to come and install your blinds. In 99% of jobs it will be the person who measured your blinds that will also fit them.
We aim to have your blinds fitted within three weeks* from the day of receiving your order. There are some exceptions to this rule such as conservatory roof blinds and awnings.
Our free fitting service operates in Brighton, Hove, Worthing and surrounding areas.
*in some cases orders can be delayed due to unforseen circumstances such as fabric shortages, damage in transit of components or blinds. If this is the case we will let you know and keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
Brite Blinds now offers an innovative ultrasonic blind cleaning and repair service. Ultrasonic blind cleaning can remove dust, bacteria & potential allergens helping to sustain a healthy environment and extend the life of your blinds.
